the result is an absinthe with a mild but complex taste. In
comparison to the 57% version it is less sharp, the overall experience
is smoothened. When you like the Swiss brands this is definitely
your choice. The best resulkts are achieved when you gently
pour three parts water over one part Kübler and 2 sugar cubes.
